Signature Hospitality Group is a hotel management group that has 30 plus years management experience.
Their business model is to purchase hotel properties held by a bank or other institutions at a negotiated discount on the dollar and then turn them around for resale profit or to be held in their portfolio.
They have acquired 3 hotels in 2012 at a price lower than their market replacement cost. The hotels assets are currently outperforming its market and will continue to provide a great ROI for its principals.
They are interested in developing an ongoing relationship with an investor partner or an organization through which they can continue to purchase distressed hotel properties in the US on an ongoing basis.
The group has several properties in the pipeline that they are evaluating for acquisition and have proposals prepared.
