Apart from minerals side by side the land also encashable , because normally the minerals belongs to govt.lands and once minerals exausted have to refill and surrender to Govt, and recently Govt. cancelled all mining lease for Govt. lands and will go for Auction only from July 2015.

But MGK MINES INDIA is free hold land of MGK Family, so side by side investor can encash on value addition basis,Setting up SEZ, solar ,ceramic park, water park, Golf club, ware houses, hotels, shops etc.,
